Absolutely terrible customer service! I have been here many times before. Never thrilled with the customer service as they never talk to you and seem to get very irritated when asked to do anything. They won't even say have a nice day, one of the simplest customer service courtesies. Today when walking up to the door at 5:55 they had locked the doors as we were at the door even though they didn't close for another 5 minutes and just 30 seconds earlier had let another shopper in the doors. And to add to that had let another shopper in 5 minutes after closing yet when we were at the door they were there locking it and would not let us in. Will never shop here again in my life!

Literally still the worst staff! I ordered a pair of heels on the website and they were scratched when I got them.. per their website it said I could go into the closest store for a refund or exchange..when I went in their the girl told me they can't do give me or refund or exchange since they don't carry that specific brand in store although the website said I can all I wanted was a refund if I couldn't get the exchange and the worker couldn't care less! So annoying! Never buying from there again!
