I have rented from this location many times but recent the hired new managers 'Grant" was on duty the day I was going to pick up my car. To start this when I first came in he asked me my name and I told him I called and someone said its ok if I come in 30 min early but Grants view was it was not good and will cause some problems but he did allow me to continue the rental process. We went out to the vehicle I was going to rent out we started to walk around this vehicle the first thing I noticed was tar around the back wheel panel I asked him if he could mark it he told me no he could not because it could wipe off he told me he would give me a rag to wipe it off and if we did not agree on this he could not rent this vehicle to me so I continued on we came up onto a scratch on the passenger door I asked him can we mark this one he told me no because it was smaller than a dollar bill and he could not mark that also and the same thing if we did not agree on that than he could not rent it out to me we continued on to the front window I saw a start to a rock chip I asked if we could mark that at least he said he could not because it did not break the 3rd layer and he could not mark it. so coming down the end he asked me for my full coverage insurance card I told him I did not bring it with me he told me to call my insurance adjuster so I did but got a voice mail that they were closed Saturday and Sunday I told him I am sorry I have never been asked before since I have rented multiple times for my business I own. At that time another couple was waiting for a car rental listening to what was going on and my wife watched behind me in shock of what was going on he said he could not rent it to me since I did not have the insurance card and started to walk in the other couple saw him walking away from me and the guy said wow that's no customer service he said maybe I should go next door to rent I said yes you should I was left in shock. I left and called in to file a complaint when I called she took all my info and said I will get a call back in a few days but no one called I re called in 2 weeks later and she then took all my info again but 2 weeks passed again and nothing so my 3rd call I filled another report 2 days later I had a message from a person that wanted to talk to me I called him right back got his voicemail and left him a message its been 3 weeks later never a call back but I have tried that same number a few times but nothing back in return. when you pay and try to take care of the car you rent and you have rented so many cars with no issues but when you do nobody helps. not satisfied at all when I have spent so much with this company someone needs to tell the managers at that location like Grant that we the customers pay their pay check and with out us they would have no job. I now am going with another rental company and I am happy. Nobody have shown me they want me as a customer very sad. Thanks for reading my post.
Decent experience. Customer service was good. The gentleman who helped me was nice offered coverages but not pushy,good balance. The wait times are just crazy. Having to wait 45 mins or coming back when they have a car ready. It’s happened to me the last three times at this location. The location closer to Redwood seems to be more efficient. Pricing is still better to where I’ll put up with them over the competitors in area for now.
Enterprise is great! They always give me a better car then the time i visited before. At this place Taylor was really helpful, provided me a upgrade to a Chrysler 300. At no extra charge. I would recommend enterprise to anyone needing a vehical, long or short term.
We rent vehicles often and always rent from Enterprise. We love this location in West Valley. We have had nothing but awesome service from these guys. They are professional and nice. Very accommodating. The cars are new and well taken car of. They are cleaned thoroughly. Thank you and I'm sure we will see you guys soon!
I had my car in the shop and needed to be picked up to get to the rental place. Not only were they there within fifteen minutes, the person picking me up had already clocked out but still came to get me. The were incredibly flexible with my rental as my car took longer than anticipated to repair. Staff was incredibly friendly and I will definitely come back to them the next time I need to rent a car.
