I tried to contact this location for 3 days to extend my truck rental. I could never reach their office and when I called customer service they couldn't do anything about it either. Horrible company with horrible customer service!! Do not use them at all. They will overcharge you as well! I will not recommend them to anyone.
Needed to be picked up but Their is no phone number for this location that works it just rings a few times then disconnects you. When you call customer service they give you Avis customer service line.... and even they are confused. Complete mess. Horrible don't recommend.
Great staff and manager. Didn't have the Impala I was supposed to pick up but that wasn't their fault. Do not go to the airport Budget because it's HORRIBLE. Go here instead.

I am suppose to pick up my SUV today at 6, I have been calling all day to reach someone, I cannot get anyone. I have called customer service who cannot help at all. This is the first time ever using Budget, it may be my last. I am crossing my fingers everything goes well when I get there.
Made a reservation for a 7 passenger SUV. When I arrived at the location to pickup vehicle for vacation the representative gave me a 5 person SUV. Explained my reservation was for a 7 passenger SUV because ee have 7 people. He stated he doesn't have one an he isn't in charge of distribution. So obvious a reservation doesn't mean anything. I jighly recommend enterprise across the street. They rescued me with an upgrade and beat Budget's rate!
