My boyfriend and I recently went here on Friday night to see the new Annabelle movie. At the concessions it was pretty busy and everyone was working hard and slightly in a rush to accommodate all these people. We ordered our snacks and then after the transaction had already went through my boyfriend discovered he had a gift card and just asked to have the balance checked. This employee (Carl, general manager I believe was his title) happily obliged and checked it for us, there happened to be money on it! So we were about to just go wait for our food to be done and just use the gift card eventually in the future, then Carl said he could go back and apply that to our transaction, and he did. This was 10/10 outstanding customer service. It was busy, and Carl really went above and beyond. This act was very considerate and totally made our night. Thank you again Carl!!
We love it. Why people got to talk during the movie though. There is a reminder to turn off your phone but their should be a reminder of people to not talk during the movie. I finally had to tell them to shut up.
Great theaters, great food selection, great location. I come here for Imax presentations of the latest films, and have always found the experience great. Their rewards program also is nice to take advantage of, and the fact it is in a mall means you can always choose to eat elsewhere nearby before the movie should you choose without having to drive away!
Great theater, always clean but sometimes you do get some idiots in there either with their screaming child, or constantly talking or playing on their phone. The last couple times I was there, they had an employee walking through the theater near the end, but I feel that isn't enough. Though, anytime that I have gotten someone, usually the idiot shuts up. It would be nice to have an employee more present to prevent this from happening. The other issue is allowing people to enter the theater after the movie start time. I know they want money, but it disturbs the patrons who showed up early (which is technically on time for a movie) especially because they are still talking or on their phones when that time is long past. It's quite ride. Other than that, I do like this theater.
The service is great. The reason for a 1 star; teenagers sneak into the theaters and they're constantly on their phone, laughing and talking. Therefore, if you actually want to watch a movie go somewhere else.
