I have been with this insurance company for 9 years. I have paid for 9 years worth of insurance without any incident or need to use it, until the past year. I was in a car accident that totaled my vehicle (wasn't at fault), and it took over a MONTH to get everything settled through them and get me back on the road with another vehicle. Every step of the process was made difficult and I left without the feeling that they really cared about me as a customer. Fast forward to now and we are having some serious root issues with our plumbing system in the home we purchased a year ago. Call up the insurance and we are given every reason in the book why they don't cover us.
Just got my bill from them. My rates went up $400 with a clean record and no explanation given. Please do yourself a favor and shop around. I am switching providers and not looking back.
I recommend anyone go here for any insurance needs.
John was very helpful in walking me through what needed to be done when my store got broken into both times. I felt supported by them which was important to me in such a distressing time.

I have had nothing but great support when needed from them. I have had my car insurance with them since I was 16 (11 years) and I also have had my business's insurance with them for the last 5 years. They have seen me through a car accident and multiple business break ins.
THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE. They will take your money for YEARS for "Insurance" and when it's time to step up and help their loyal customers, they will do anything and everything possible to make sure they don't have to pay a dime or will only cover the bare bones cost of what they should be expected to do. When they do actually "help", don't expect to have it done quickly or professionally.
