DO NOT COME TO THIS HOME DEPOT. I called this store prior to coming down and was told over the phone that they could cut an auto key for me without any problem. When I arrived the person that was cutting keys told me that he had never cut a car key and went to ask for help. When he came back he told me that they couldn’t cut the key because it was a chipped key. I told him I didn’t care about the chipped key and just needed it cut to open the door. He went back to whoever he was speaking to and told me that they said they they don’t cut car keys because they could mess the key up. At this point I asked to talk to a manager because that’s simply not true. They cut car keys and if this was the case they wouldn’t advertise for it. So when the manager came I told her if it was true they don’t cut car keys because they could mess up. She told me that they simply don’t cut keys that are brought in, that they only cut keys if you buy them from their store. I told her that i spoke to someone on the phone who told me that they did cut them and that it was a $3 charge, she said that they probably thought it was a house key. I told her no i specifically said car. She said sorry. I asked her why would the other two gentlemen tell me that they simply don’t cut keys because they would mess up or that they don’t know how to cut them. She said sorry again. I asked her one more time if she would cut the key because I knew that they could cut them as I have gotten a car key cut before many times at Home Depot. She said no. I told her fine and left. I went to Lowe’s at 4100 s and 5600 w. And asked the person there if he could cut it. He told me the same thing about it being chipped and i told him I just needed cut to open the doors. He said no problem. I was there for 3 minutes, not only did he cut it but he didn’t even CHARGE ME!!! I left feeling upset because I knew that Home Depot could cut it they just wanted to make their $40 on me buying their key. Go to Lowe’s, I own both Home Depot and Lowe’s credit cards and I immediately cut my Home Depot card up and will never go to them after this.

Good home Depot but be careful who u ask for help a lot of employees have no idea what they are talking about we even had a lady why we where buying tile tell us that we can't buy a certain tile cause it didn't match the paint we had

Liked the store and selection but the customer service was poor and their propane cages were all broken and I wasn't told until after I purchased my exchange it then took them about 25 minutes to figure the whole thing out while I was forced to stand outside in 100 degree weather searching for a propane associate myself... It all worked out in the end but it definitely turned a 10 minute easy trip into an hour ordeal leaving me a little sour about the whole thing. Regardless they did have everything I needed and decent prices. Will probably return (for everything but propane)

I went to buy a washer and Dryer. Gregorio, was very helpful and very kind. He recommended a brad that better suited our expectations and explained some functionality.

Good environment. Excellent attention from the staff. We found what we needed and even more.
