First time at this store, was able to find everything that I was looking for. Employee gave me a lot of help finding my items. Wish the store on 4100 S & 5600 W was stocked like this store was. I wouldn't have to go 10 miles out of my way to get what I wanted.
I like Lowe's when I'm buying things myself. The rest of the time the employees don't really seem to want to help. I unfortunately had the worst customer service experience today. I was patiently waiting for my little paint can to be mixed and was next in line. The clerk started helping somebody else in front of me after originally helping me, and left me standing there for five minutes.. I was so humiliated I just left. Next time I will go to True Value.
The self check out had 2 empty that none was using. Since they were card only. I was able to breeze through it with the help of Samsung pay.
Saturday morning, everyone is at Lowe's getting everything for their weekend work around the house.
I like coming here. The store is easy to navigate and the employees are pretty helpful. I usually have great experiences with checkout. The cashiers are friendly and courteous, at least in my experience.

We were able to find what we needed no problem. Though we did have to make our way through everything else to get what we needed.
