Went in to adopt a cat, no one asks if we needed help we had to look and ask for help, the cats were labeled for adoption, after filling the paper work and had my daughter excited they told us that the cat was already adopted the night before, not sure why they didn't bother posting it on the cage so there wouldn't be any confusion, over all not pleased with the experience and customer service is below average
This place is fine for quick stops when looking for aquarium supplies but know that the actual fish selection is pretty bland. I recommend the sugarhouse petco over this one for that.
We live out of town and made an appointment to have our standard poodle groomed. We dropped her off about a half hour before our appointment and asked how long it would take because we had play tickets for later that night. The guy told us 3-4 hours. When we called 4 hours after dropping her off they still were not done. When I asked how long till she was done they said she was still drying and that they couldn't have her done before our play an hour later. So I said we would just have to pick her up and would just pay for the bath. When we got there he had 'Pre Groomed" her and had shaved a strip right down the middle of her back. After 4 hours they had bathed her half way dried her and shaved a strip down her back. And then charged us 30.00 Never again will I use their grooming services.
I called Yesterday to reschedule my Pups Friday groom due to a family issue. The guy I talked to in grooming said he had an opening at 10am Tuesday morning so I took it. Arrived this morning and he never switched my appointment from Friday to Saturday. Manager said there was never an opening for Tuesday, that she made Tuesday at 10am appointment last week. Not sure what’s going on in the grooming department. I have been going here for years. My pups last groom I paid for teeth brushing and could tell that hadn’t been done, her hair cut also didn’t look great. I thought I’d give them another chance. Guess not definitely find a different groomer.
It's a nice store but the lady that helped us hasn't smiled and maybe 30 years and she made sure to write on my receipt no return she was questioning me not to sell the little animal I wanted than said store policy I buy other items for the pet before she can sell it to me and she told me she can't sell it eventually I got it but no return whatsoever stories great but customer service wasn't good all right after reading the other reviews her name is Katie...
