Their enchilada sauce has more flavor than a lot I've tried. The guacamole was fresh and full of flavor too.
I don't understand all the high scores in this review. Yes this restaurant is clean, quick, with good, but the food was bland at best. The chimi was awful and the beans were so runny I had to eat them with a spoon. I've had far better selections at Taco Bell.
Chalk this up to yet another other Utah rating phenomenon. Cheap and fast? Check. check. Decent quality food? No way.
I'm vegetarian. Got a bean & cheese burrito with veggies (peppers & onions) added inside, smothered in enchilada sauce and cheese with a side of guacamole.
We used to come here more often and was impressed. We hadn't been in a while and decided to stop in. Needless to say things have changed. We were severely disappointed . My fiance had the fajita mix and I had chicken enchiladas. The serving was massive, which I actually liked. However, the taste was very salty and to be honest, manufactured. The chicken tasted like it came out of a prepackaged container that you could pick up at the local super market. The enchilada sauce, which used to taste homemade, with savory flavor, now tastes like it comes out of a can... again from the local super market. Not sure what happened, but it's too bad seeing such a great place go... well disappointing.
Last but not least, prices are very fair!

This wasn't bad. The waiter wasn't phenomenal. The food was good. Definitely keep my bowels moving. I've heard a lot of good things from people I know but I wasn't impressed overall. I will say I enjoyed the food and the waiter wasn't terrible. The restaurant was clean not overly inviting but not too sterile either. I'd go back.
Delicious Mexican food at very affordable prices. The service is always fast and friendly. They do serve bottled beer but only virgin margaritas got to love this States alcohol laws.
