I just need my refund and it took me an hour to wait for a Supervisor for it.
Always a wait of course. Then one of the male workers isn't very nice at all. Even when you're trying to be polite to him.
Waited in line for twenty five minutes in the west valley post office. It was noon and only one station open. Please open more stations when people are waiting.
So frustrated with this location. Tell me why I go up to the kiosk and pay for postage and get the correct postage for the stamp and then it gets sent back to me with writing all over it and stickers saying that it wasn't enough so now the postage I did pay for and the envelope that I used can't be used anymore. Or why I go use the kiosk and it doesn't print my postage and then I wait 10 minutes for the person trying to fix it to tel me I should just go wait in line because she won't be able to fix it and then have to wait in line another 10 minutes and then somehow the postage I paid at the window was more than what I was charged at the kiosk? The service I have had with a few of the ladies at the windows has been very nice so that is the only reason why I have three stars is because they were so kind.
Not a Post Office. But there is a real post office a mile away. No postal money orders here.
