What a great selection here. We have many fish, and reptiles thanks to pets and such. Their always friendly and willing to help. The staff have always been there when we need them. They have a wide range of products brining good variety for those who know what they need, and for those who are unfamiliar and just getting acquainted with their new hobby.
I have been using this pet shop ever since i bought my first snake from them in February of 2016. They are always very kind and helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure that they solve any customers problems. We have 2 baby hognose snakes that we got about 7 weeks ago, and could not get them to eat a single meal. After talking to the guys at Pets and Such, and following their recommendations, both of them ate their first meal since we got them! I owe the lives of those two snakes to pets and such. Me and my girlfriend have bought all of our supplies, and four animals from them. The animals are always very healthy, and the supplies they sell are all fairly priced. The store itself is always very clean and never has that gross pet store smell to it. This store is nearly a 45 minute drive for me, but i am more than happy to make the drive because this pet store is far above any other i have ever been to.
I have a fish tank and this is one of the only places I go. I've been to other places and no where as good as this. They tend to have great suppliers with heathy fish. Plus! Their prices are some of the best in the valley. It gets some what annoying because they constantly ask you if you need help but that's not really a negative. It just means they care in giving you the service you need. They are also very knowledgeable. I love testing my local fish stores to see how much they now. I may know something but I'll ask anyway and they tend to be close to spot on. Other places will tell you that some fish won't get too big then you find out it actually gets 12 inches plus. Pets and such, they tend to be more accurate. Great place!
I found this place a few months ago, and they are great! I have a family of 6, and all four kids love critters, not to mention my wife and myself. Cats, fish, turtles, toads, lizards, and frogs. They always have what I am looking for, and are amazing at providing information about anything. Thanks guys, you have a customer for life here.
I am not a fan of pet stores. But this one is unlike anyone I have ever seen. The staff is very kind and educated. All of the animals are very well cared for. I love this store.
