Usually the pizza is great from this location, but they seem to always forget to deliver the garlic sauce with my order. The delivery drivers have always gone back and gotten the sauce without any problems. This time my pizza was missing all the sauce, cheese and toppings from one side (see photos). When I showed the delivery driver, Lisa, the pizza she apologized and took the pizza back and got me a new one. Not only was this frustrating for me, but I hate that Lisa probably didn't make much with having to drive back and forth so many times.
For the most part if you like the dough then this place is good. If I ever get my order wrong or they mess it up they are wonderful about replacing it for free or adding it to my history.
Ordering online was easy and when choosing Specific Instructions too! But after 2 times not getting what I ordered, it was time to be heard and return the pizza! I don't know if anyone else notice how stingy they are with thee I ingredients! Seems like there running out! If you receive something you didn't ordered or pizza not made right! Get Your refund!!!
Expect to spend at least $20, $25 if you get delivery. Better to stay home and cook. They need to work on customer service skills. Not enough toppings. Bad customer service in the store. Tell you it will be out in a minute and make you wait for 10. Poor active listening skills. Delivery is a better experience with this restaurant. Order online and get a free pizza for every 6 orders. Come on you guys, couldn't you take those nasty, cheese crusties off my bread? 9/23/17 again, very few toppings. Customer service improved. The pizza is really good. Work on your presentation and have napkins available next time (dispenser was empty).
I have always ordered from these guys and have never had any real problem. However, last night I ordered carry out well in advance, and they said that alone would be a 30 to 40 minute wait, so I planned everything around that so that I could be there in 30 minutes to pick up. I get there and by that time it had actually been 40 minutes, and they tell me that my order was cancelled and they used the same excuse of "we tried to call you but no answer" bullspit, you did not call me. They then tell me it would be another 45 min wait and no "sorry" or anything, bad customer service. And by then the family was starving so I had to make a run to little Caesars pizza, I went thru the drive thru in 2 minutes and made it home
OH AND I SPOTTED ONE COOK CLEANING THE WALLS BEHIND THE OVEN THEN TAKING FOOD OUT OF THE OVEN... WHILE I WAS WAITING!! EWWW WASH UR HANDS!
