I come through Salt Lake quite often and stay near this gym. I'm a truck driver and keep my truck fully equipped with workout equipment. In town this week but this time around I don't have access to my equipment and thought about taking jog down to the this gym. Unfortunately, after seeing all these reviews and that the owner has the answer to everything I'll go ahead and spare me the bad experience. It's tough enough to get motivated to workout. No need to be going to a gym with all these issues to add to the challenge. Fix your issues so the next time I come in I see better reviews and maybe I'll stop in. Your paying members deserve that much.

I’ve been training with Kyle Fall since January 2017. He is well educated, and always modifies the exercises to accommodate my ability and skill set as I improve. He knows the name of every muscle and can always recommend stretches and exercises I can do at home to help with any post-workout pain or discomfort. Bonus- Kyle is EXTREMELY funny and entertaining, he comes up with hilarious names for the exercises to help me remember the correct way to perform them. If you’re not already trainitwith Kyle, you should be.

Kyle is fantastic--he's a great listener, and he challenges you in all the right ways! He's also incredibly knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology, which I love because he can explain the reasoning behind different symptoms you're facing, and the moves that would be ideal to work on. Highly recommend Kyle!

I was a client of the head trainer Kyle Fall. I had a great experience with personal training. I had set goals when I first signed up and then suffered a knee injury which I thought would side track my goals. Kyle really helped me to still reach my goals while preventing further injury. I highly recommend Kyle as a trainer!

My trainer is very knowledgeable and motivating. I never thought I would enjoy going to the gym, but they made it happen. I started pretty fat and now I’m on my way to getting a six pack
