Had got a computer and after only a few weeks it stopped working we took it in for them to repair it it took them 2 weeks to tell us it would take another week to repair so we decided to return it and when we asked if they could credit what we spent on it to another item we alreasy had from them they said no that it couls only bw on a new item. Why would i want to get a new xomputer when you couldnt repair the other one in a timely manner. This may be the last time i use Aaron's because of this .
Signed up online, gave them all our information on their website. Was harassed for information we already gave them repeatedly. The girl calling us was rude, had no clue about what information was already collected. She eventually became demanding and aggressive.
HORRIBLE business. Constantly run credit card without permission when payment isn't due or past due!!!!!! It's even been as early as half a month before the payment was due. Asked numerous times for the card number to be removed and today they removed money yet again prior to the payment being due. Leaving me with a zero balance and a 3 year old to feed. Asked the manager to return calls and it never happens. Wish I had stuck to EZ rent to own.

I will use them again when they have free bricks of gold as gifts for buying their sub-par quality goods.
I actually like this place better then Rent-A-Center. There's no paying weekly or Bi-monthly. You pay them once a month. And they even have a rewards program for loyal customers.
