DO NOT order a headstone through them. It's been a year since my father passed and 10 months since it was purchased. The headstone was delivered 6 weeks ago. After weeks of calling and leaving messages without a call back, it was finally installed today. It wasn't the color that was ordered. Their solution... Take it out and correct it and replace it in the Spring. Completely unacceptable.
Valley View Funeral Home helped my family after my mother passed way unexpectedly this past March. They were so helpful and friendly and made a terrible situation bearable.
