Went there to replace a broken phone which they charged $10 more for used than I bought the original new for. The phone I bought from Electronic Source turned out to have no sound and the internet wouldn't work. This means that these guys do not fully test their used merchandise. On the plus side, the owner seems to value customer feedback and apologized for the mishap. Maybe they'll heed the warning and start checking them out better.
