Today is Friday August 11th 2017 I put $5 in the change machine an I didn't get my quarters I called the phone # on the door an the there is no answer AND the voice mailbox is not set up for messages. This is poor service. Don't come here find another car wash.
Today is October 4th 2017. Me and my family took all of our vehicles here to get washed. There was four of us in the stalls and we all got out and were talking before we washed the cars. The service guy walked over to us slowly (he looked grindgy and bitter) he then proceeded to tell us that since we were just standing there talking that we needed to leave unless we were going to wash our cars. Before we even gave them our money we had left because of what disrespectful things the service man was saying to us. I did not even want to give this one star because they did not even deserve that. This place is complete garbage and they will never get my money. Definetly the worst customer service ever.
Never go to this place the guys who works there was so rude to us so we took our money some where else I will never go back to this place. I didn't even want to give this place one star.
Upon contacting the owner to inform him my vehicle had been damaged by the automatic wash (the clearance markings above the entrance were incorrect), he made every effort to ensure that my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with the resolution and appreciate that he handled the situation with as much urgency and respect as he did.
Would be no stars if I could! The first stall I pulled in wasn’t even operational!... then I find one that is working not occupied.. The knob settings was off and when I thought I was done there was a film left on my car..
this is the worst car wash ever don’t take your car there it charged me 14.00 dollars to not even get the job done! I’d be better off going to the detail shop for 25 bucks... and there was trash everywhere place was uncleanliness very bad! Please fix your wash!
